Last updated: 30/09/2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Tipsy Cow Coffee Club membership (“Membership”) operated by Tipsy Cow (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By joining the Coffee Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Membership

1.1. Coffee Club membership costs £33 per month.

1.2. Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before your next renewal date.

1.3. Membership is personal to the individual who purchased it and must not be shared, transferred, sold or used by another person.

1.4. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a Membership where we reasonably believe it is being misused, shared, transferred or used fraudulently.

  1. Coffee entitlement

2.1. An active Coffee Club member is entitled to one eligible coffee or hot drink every 2 hours while Tipsy Cow is open.

2.2. The 2 hour period is calculated from the time of the member’s previous coffee redemption.

2.3. Unused coffee entitlements do not accumulate or roll over.

2.4. There is no daily coffee limit, provided that each redemption is at least 2 hours after the member’s previous redemption.

2.5. Coffee Club membership does not provide a monetary credit or balance. Members cannot exchange unused coffees for cash, credit or other goods.

  1. Included coffees

3.1. The Membership includes the standard coffees specified by Tipsy Cow from time to time.

3.2. Unless otherwise stated, the following drinks are included with syrups, decaf, and dairy free options:

  • Espresso
  • Americano
  • Cappuccino
  • Latte (Hot or Iced)
  • Flat White
  • Udderly Shaken Iced Coffee
  • Hot Chocolate
  • Hot Honey Hot Chocolate

3.3. Speciality, premium, or otherwise excluded drinks may not be included in the Membership.

3.4. Additional charges may apply for extras or upgrades, including but not limited to:

  • Premium or speciality drinks

3.5. We may change the list of included drinks or the price of optional extras from time to time. We will not remove the core benefit of the Membership without providing appropriate notice.

  1. Redeeming your coffee

4.1. Members must present their valid Coffee Club membership through the designated membership system when ordering their included coffee.

4.2. We may require members to provide reasonable identification or verification where necessary to confirm that the Membership belongs to them.

4.3. A coffee redemption will be recorded against the member’s account at the time the coffee is claimed.

4.4. If the member has redeemed a coffee within the previous 2 hours, the system may prevent another redemption until the 2 hour period has expired.

4.5. Membership redemptions are subject to Tipsy Cow’s opening hours and availability.

4.6. If an eligible product is temporarily unavailable, the member may choose another eligible product or wait until the product becomes available.

  1. Opening hours and temporary closure

5.1. Coffee Club benefits are available during Tipsy Cow’s normal opening hours.

5.2. Our opening hours may change from time to time. Current opening hours will be displayed through our usual customer channels.

5.3. We may temporarily close due to private events, maintenance, emergencies, staff shortages, unforeseen circumstances or other operational reasons.

5.4. Membership does not guarantee that Tipsy Cow will be open at any particular time or that a particular coffee will always be available.

  1. Payment and renewal

6.1. Membership payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

6.2. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable Membership fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

6.3. Your next renewal date will be shown when you subscribe and/or within your membership account.

6.4. If a payment fails, your Membership may be suspended until payment is successfully received.

6.5. We are not responsible for charges or fees imposed by your bank or card provider.

  1. Cancellation

7.1. You may cancel your Membership at any time through the designated cancellation process.

7.2. Unless otherwise required by law, cancelling your Membership prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the current paid subscription period.

7.3. Your Membership will normally remain active until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

7.4. Once your Membership expires or is cancelled, you will no longer be entitled to Coffee Club benefits.

  1. Refunds

8.1. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a monthly subscription period has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we choose to provide one at our discretion.

8.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

  1. Changes to the Membership

9.1. We may make reasonable changes to the Coffee Club, including changes to included drinks, optional extras, opening hours, Membership price or these Terms & Conditions.

9.2. Where a change materially affects your Membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

9.3. If the Membership price changes, the new price will apply from the relevant renewal date following the required notice.

  1. Misuse

10.1. Memberships are intended for individual personal use.

10.2. Members must not:

11.2. You must take reasonable care to prevent another person from accessing or using your membership account.

11.3. We may change or refresh digital membership credentials, including QR codes, as part of our security measures.

11.4. If you believe that somebody else has accessed or used your Membership, please contact us as soon as possible.

  1. Availability

12.1. Coffee Club benefits are subject to the availability of eligible products.

12.2. Membership does not guarantee availability of a particular coffee, milk, flavour, ingredient or product at any particular time.

  1. Personal information

13.1. We collect and process personal information required to operate your Membership, process payments, verify your membership and record coffee redemptions.

13.2. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

13.3. Further information about how we use personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Limitation of liability

14.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

14.2. Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including temporary closure, equipment failure, interruption to payment services, internet or system failures, or temporary unavailability of products.
